YT BANNERS
2014-2016
Hi I'm Shady, a graphic, type and UI/UX designer with a thing for obsessive detail and a curiosity that pushes me to constantly explore new ways of creating.
I got into design a few years ago, mostly by making YouTube banners. It was a key moment where I started exploring Photoshop, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.
Back then, I tended to fixate on one tool, draining every bit of inspiration from it before chasing the next thing that could keep me engaged.

THE CLIENT GIGS
SMM
2021-2023
When my brother asked me to help manage the IG page for an app he built, I jumped back into design by relearning Photoshop and picking up Illustrator. It was a chance to reconnect with visual design and take creative direction into my own hands.
Over time, I started receiving small gigs from others too, which kept me learning and steadily improving in Photoshop and Illustrator.
ACT
III
THE PERSONAL WORKS
2021-2024
While working on flyers, album covers, posters, IG posts and other small projects, I started seeking inspiration on Instagram.
I came across styles like brutalism, Y2K, 80s vintage, neomorphism, anime-inspired graphics, and type-driven layouts. Whenever something stood out, I’d either try to recreate it faithfully or apply what I had learned to new projects, using them as a way to explore, iterate, and grow creatively.

THE CONTINUATION
CRYPTO & UNI
2024-NOW
In early 2024, I got back into crypto through the memecoin wave and quickly started designing for clients in the space.
I was applying what I learned in university lectures by day to live projects by night.
As projects evolved, I dove into web design and began building with Framer to bring ideas to life more interactively.

YT BANNERS
2014-2016
Hi, I'm Shady and I started my journey in graphic design a few years ago, making YouTube banners, mainly for small Minecraft creators.
Most were free templates but some others were fully mine (and pretty bad). Still, this was a key moment where I explored Photoshop, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.
Early on, I loved every design tool. I’d go through phases of using one obsessively until it eventually burned me out.

THE CLIENT GIGS
SMM
2021-2023
I hadn't touched a designing tool in ages, but my brother asked me to help him run and manage the IG page of an app he developed with his friend, so I picked Photoshop back up, tried to learn Illustrator, and went with it.
As time passed by, I started getting small gigs from other people too, which helped me keep myself learning PS and AI.
ACT
III
THE PERSONAL WORKS
2021-2024
While I was making flyers, album covers, posters, and other minor gigs, I started looking for design inspirations mainly on Instagram. I stumbled upon many cool styles like brutalism, Y2K, 80s vintage, neomorphism, anime, typography-centered, and so on, and whenever I found something that I liked, I would try to recreate it 1:1 or reapply something I learned from them on another design.

THE CONTINUATION
CRYPTO & UNI
2024-NOW
One day, in early 2024, I got interested in crypto again, like I had been a couple of years earlier with NFTs, and I came across the memecoin bubble.
In that space I made many designs for clients and was applying the design principles I would learn, in university in the morning, there at night.
Later, though, I had to increase my skills and had to learn how to make sites, and that's when I started with Framer and web design in general.

S.A.R.A. was a Solana token project that never made it to launch. I was working on the full visual identity including logos, fonts, colors and website. The project was shut down early, so I only completed the site and a placeholder logo.
The design was heavily inspired by MSCHF’s TH3K. I had just recreated that site in Framer, and this reskin shows how well I captured the essence.
